Blueberry

Blueberries are one of the few foods that have their blue color naturally. Unlike artificial food dyes, the blue plant pigment in blueberries has a health-promoting effect.

Taste. Blueberries taste juicy and aromatic and are rich in vitamins.

Effect. In addition, the popular forest berry contains vitamins B and E, beta-carotene, iron, zinc, potassium, copper, magnesium, calcium, flavonoids and many tannins, which help, for example, with digestive problems. Anti-inflammatory anthocyanins help the body scavenge free radicals and neutralize them. The plant substances that also give blueberries their deep blue color can thus slow down the premature aging process of the skin. Blueberries can therefore actually have a preventive effect on wrinkles.
