Caliber ice

Herbal liqueur and ice cream ⁉ Sounds incompatible? Then try ice cream with our delicious CALIBER 1844 herbal liqueur. The combination of aromatic black forest berries of our liqueur with the creamy homemade milk ice cream are just super delicious!

INGREDIENTS

5 cl CALIBER 1844
3 fresh egg yolks
70 g sugar
200 g cream
Blackberries or raspberries
Icing sugar

PREPARATION

First, beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a metal bowl over a hot water bath until very frothy. Then gradually add the CALIBER herbal liqueur. Then whip the cream and fold it into the mixture. Finally, leave the mixture to freeze in the bowl in the freezer for around 4 hours. If desired, decorate your ice cream with berries and icing sugar. Cheers!
