INGREDIENTS
2,5cl Caliber 1844
3cl BOAR
3cl fresh lemon juice
1cl sugar syrup
8cl mineral water or soda
Lemon zest
PREPARATION
Pour the Caliber 1844 into the glass and fill with double-frosted ice. Shake the Boar Gin, 3 cl fresh lemon juice, 1 cl sugar syrup on ice and carefully strain onto the Caliber 1844 through a bar strainer. Add mineral water or soda to the mix. Use a lemon zest for dressing and stir well before drinking. Cheers!
